VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
We are excited to invite women-owned businesses, creatives, and faith-aligned brands to be a part of the Women of Koinonia Retreat as vendors!
Our vendor space is designed to create connection, community, and support among women while enhancing the overall retreat experience. Whether you offer products, resources, or services, this is a beautiful opportunity to share what God has placed in your hands with women from across the region.
Vendor Details
There is no cost to participate as a vendor.
Round tables will be provided; vendors are encouraged to bring their own tablecloths and display materials.
Vendors are asked to sow 10% of any sales back into the Women of Koinonia Retreat.
All vendors must pause sales during service times to honor worship and ministry flow.
Setup will take place during designated times in the Fellowship Hall.
Who Should Sign-Up?
We welcome vendors offering:
Apparel, jewelry, beauty products, books, art, handmade goods, faith-based items, and more—especially those aligned with Christian values and community impact.
✨ Space is prepared with intention, and we ask all vendors to remain flexible and gracious as we prioritize worship and ministry throughout the retreat.
